We completed installation of the DOOSAN ACE Hm800 CNC horziontal boring machine with18i-MB control system, starts on axes
x = 1 250 mm, y = 1 000 mm, z = 1 000 mm.
We put the new OTC Daihen robotised welding workplace into operation. The workplace is based on two robots affixed to steel columns and two positioning mechanisms on steel stands. The robots can weld using methods 135, 136 (MIG/MAG).
The new BYSTAR 3015 CNC laser burning machine for steel, stainless steel and aluminium sheets, with Bylaser 4,4 kW laser power supply, automatic loader and 1 500 x 3 000 mm work bench, was put into operation. The maximum thickness of material is up to 25 mm.
The company successfully acquired a manufacturer’s licence for welding rail track vehicles and their components according to EN 15085-2 certification level CL1.The certificate is located on the Certification page.
Currently we are undergoing approval proceedings for obtaining the authority to weld railway vehicles and their components according to EN 15 085-2, certificate level CL1 - predicted completion in mid October 2008.
